LANCASTER, Pa. – Learn about the benefits of a healthy lifestyle at the 2014 Health & Wellness Fair on Wednesday, April 30, from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the East Building of HACC’s Lancaster Campus.
The public is invited to join students, faculty and staff at this free event. Join us to discover exciting and innovative ways to improve your health.
The fair will offer a variety of health screenings, fitness and nutrition demonstrations, chair massages, healthy snacks, and vendors. Participants also can try out exercise equipment and sign up for local gym memberships.
