HACC Students Benefit from Enhanced Transfer Pathway to Millersville University or Shippensburg University

Three Pennsylvania postsecondary institutions have partnered to give their students academic guidance and student success services for a seamless transition from an associate degree to a bachelor’s degree.
On Dec. 5, 2022, the presidents of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College; Millersville University; and Shippensburg University signed an historic enhanced articulation agreement that is the first multi-institution, multi-program study articulation for the three institutions. The presidents and representatives from the three institutions gathered at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus for the signing event.

HACC spring 2013 Commencement - Lancaster Campus
Tracy Rennecker, wearing golden Phi Theta Kappa stole, prepares for the processional at HACC’s spring 2013 Commencement ceremony this evening at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. Rennecker served as editor-in-chief of the HACC-Lancaster Campus newspaper and has a scholarship to Millersville University after she graduates from HACC. More than 1,430 students are candidates for graduation.

Charles Swisher, a critically acclaimed artist residing in Lancaster, will exhibit his “Head and Figure” work consisting of paintings and drawings through March 28, 2013, at the Art Space in the East Building of the Lancaster Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.

HACC vice president named new president of a West Virginia community college
L. Marshall Washington, Ph.D., the vice president of the Lancaster Campus at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, has been named president of New River Community and Technical College in Beckley, W.V., by the Board of Governors.

HACC-Lancaster Campus students graduate, HACC holds commencement ceremony today
At left is Lori High of Lititz and at right if Lorie Campbell of Ephrata before HACC’s commencement ceremony, held Saturday at the large arena of the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. Both graduates attended the HACC-Lancaster Campus. More than 1,000 students graduated from HACC this fall.
