HACC Announces Adult Degree Completion Program
In the fall 2021 semester, the average age of a part-time student at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, was 25.4 years old. To address the needs of its adult student population, the College developed the adult degree completion program to assist students in reaching their dreams.

Commencement spring 2014 Lebanon
From left are Donna Walker, Troy Massey, Diana Ramirez and Lesvi Marrero, all of Lebanon, preparing for HACC’s Commencement ceremony Tuesday evening, May 13, 2014, at the Farm Show Complex in Harrisburg. Walker, a 52-year-old grandmother, completed a degree in business and is returning to the workforce; Massey is a veteran who is returning to HACC after receiving a degree in general studies; Ramirez received a degree in health care management and plans to continue for a bachelor’s degree; and Marrero earned a human service degree and is transferring to Elizabethtown College.
More than 1,400 students from HACC's five campuses in Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Lancaster, Lebanon and York received an associate degree, certificate or diploma in the spring ceremony.
