John J. “Ski” Sygielski, MBA, Ed.D., president and CEO of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, hosted a virtual news conference Feb. 15, 2021, to present information about the Pennsylvania State Education Association (PSEA) filing a petition with the Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board seeking to be the bargaining agent for HACC faculty. HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, is pleased to announce our recent partnership with First National Bank (FNB), the largest subsidiary of F.N.B. Corporation, who made a generous $7,500 gift to the HACC Foundation in support of the Fund for Excellence for CARE. The Fund for Excellence for CARE was set up to support students facing hardships outside of school, by providing them resources to navigate and overcome financial obstacles, food and housing insecurities.
