Her background is in business analysis and project management for software development and data governance. She has been with HACC since 2017.

Ogle, a long-time employee of approximately 13 years and full-time faculty member, is passionate about supporting students in the Foundational Studies Program who face challenges and can be first-generation and low-income students. Additionally, Ogle has shown leadership by supporting and encouraging other HACC employees with presentations. Ogle is currently enrolled in the Educational Leadership Program at Wilkes University.

In addition, her classroom space is open to supportive discussions, and she integrates information about racism in her materials.

Renzo strives to ensure students feel valued and respected. Renzo has also partnered with a HACC colleague to offer in-class tutoring services for students. She has been with HACC since 1998.
