What are they doing now? HACC Alumni Exhibit at Rose Lehrman Art Center Gallery
The show includes a wide spectrum of media, including painting, drawing, photography, sculpture, ceramics and jewelry. The jury reviewed more than 100 submissions before selecting 30 pieces for the exhibit.
Some of the artists are attending professional art schools, such as Tyler School of Art in Philadelphia and the School of Visual Arts in New York City; some have received degrees from art programs, such as Alfred University’s School of Ceramics in New York; some operate their own business and some have continued to make their art while pursuing other careers. HACC honor society earns national recognition
The Alpha Nu Omega chapter of Phi Theta Kappa honor society at HACC was honored with a Scholarship Hallmark Award and designation as a Top 100 Chapter at the society’s convention in Grapevine, Texas, April 16-18. (more)

HACC announces spring 2009 graduates
Nearly 850 students graduated from HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, during spring commencement at the Hershey Arena. The graduates, studied at any of the college’s campuses in Harrisburg, Gettysburg, Lancaster, Lebanon, York or the online Virtual Campus. (more)

Students graduate from nursing program at Harrisburg Campus
Graduates of HACC’s associate degree nursing program (RN) at the Harrisburg Campus received their nursing pins in a recent ceremony in the Cooper Student Center.
The 69 graduate nurses have successfully completed HACC’s two-year, clinical nursing program and are now qualified to take the state licensure exam to become registered nurses. (more)

HACC-Gettysburg Campus recognizes nursing graduates
Spring graduates of the associate degree in nursing program received their nursing pins in a ceremony held at the HACC-Gettysburg Campus. The 14 graduates successfully completed HACC’s clinical nursing program and are now qualified to take licensure exams to become registered nurses (RNs). (more)
