Phi Beta Lambda members Dowon Kim of Mechanicsburg placed ninth in statistical analysis, and the team of Kim, Paige Renninger of Mechanicsburg and Nathan Wahl of Elizabethtown placed 10th in parliamentary procedure. Awards in the annual competition were presented in Orlando, Fla., during the conference.
Kim, a visiting student from Korea, studied business. He plans to return to Korea this fall to complete a bachelor’s degree. Renninger is hospitality major and Wahl, a recent HACC graduate, plans to study criminal justice at Indiana University of Pennsylvania this fall. All three were students at HACC’s Harrisburg Campus during the spring semester.
Martin Wise, HACC senior professor of marketing, is adviser to HACC’s chapter.
